Heiti records your meetings on your own PC, works out who said what, and remembers every voice you name once. Then it hands the whole meeting to the AI agent you already use, which writes it up the way that meeting needs.

Okay, we're recording. Quick one today: where the launch stands and what moves to next week.
1:35Dana
Beta signups are at 1,240. Most came from the comparison post, not the ads.
3:55You
So we pause the ads and put that budget into two more posts?
4:45Priya
I'd keep a small ad test running. The onboarding fix only landed Monday.
6:45Unknown voice
From the budget side, pausing frees about four thousand for November.
9:25Dana
Then I'll draft the next two posts. One on setup, one on pricing.
10:55You
Good. Priya, where is the onboarding fix at?
12:05Priya
Step two drop-off went from 38 to 21 percent. Step four is the next problem.
14:35Unknown voice
If step four needs design time, I can move the contractor hours from December.
16:25You
Do it. Let's lock that today.
17:25Dana
One risk: the pricing page still says early-bird. That ends on the 15th.
19:35Priya
I'll fix the copy and the checkout banner together.
20:55Unknown voice
Send me the new price once it's final so I can update the forecast.
23:15You
Decision then: pause the ads, two posts from Dana, Priya on step four.
24:45Dana
I'll have the setup post in review by Thursday.
26:25Priya
Step four mockups by Wednesday, test build Friday.
28:15Unknown voice
I'll confirm the contractor hours by end of day tomorrow.

Great. Same time next week. Notes go out after this.
Decision Paid ads pause. About 4,000 moves into November content.
Decision Onboarding work moves to step four. Step two drop-off fell from 38 to 21 percent.
Decision Contractor hours move from December to cover step four design.
Risk The pricing page still shows early-bird pricing, which ends on the 15th.

Name a voice once
Then it knows them everywhere.
When Heiti is not sure who is talking, it asks with a short clip of their voice. Answer once and every past meeting with that voice is relabeled, along with the follow-ups and notes tied to it. After a couple of meetings, people you talk to often are named on their own.
It would rather ask than guess. A wrong name is worse than no name, so anything short of a confident voice match becomes a question, and never more than three per meeting.

How it is designed to work
Record. Recognize. Hand it off.
1
Record any meeting
Teams, Zoom, Meet, calls in your browser, or people in the room. Heiti notices when a call starts and asks if you want it recorded. Your mic and the call's audio are kept as separate tracks, so it always knows which voice is yours.
2
Know who said what
Transcription and speaker matching run on your PC, using your graphics card when you have one. Every person keeps one color across the strip, the transcript and the follow-ups, and unknown voices are always drawn striped so they never pass for someone.
3
Your agent writes it up
No templates to pick. The finished meeting goes to the agent you already use, which chooses the right shape for it: a decision log, a debrief, a list of who owes what. It files the follow-ups and leaves a receipt of what it did.
Bring your own agent
The one that already knows your work.
A summary is only as good as the context behind it. Heiti hands every meeting, with the full transcript, word timings and speakers, to an agent that already knows your projects and the people in them. Ask it anything that was said, in any meeting, later.

Stays on your PC
Your meetings are not our data.
Transcribed locally
Audio is turned into text on your own computer. Recordings and transcripts are stored there too, not on our servers.
Voiceprints stay encrypted
The voice data that recognizes people is encrypted on your device. Delete a person and their voiceprints go with them.
No bot in the call
Nothing joins your meeting. Heiti listens to your own mic and speakers, the same audio you hear.
Always visible
Recording is never silent. A clear indicator stays on screen for as long as Heiti is listening.
Recording laws differ by place, and some require everyone's consent. Heiti makes it easy to tell people you are recording; telling them is up to you.
Questions
Before you sign up.
When can I use it?
Heiti is in development. Join the waitlist and we will email you once, when early access opens.
What will it cost?
Pricing is not set yet. It will be on this page before anyone is asked to pay.
Do I need a powerful PC?
A recent Windows 10 or 11 PC will do. An NVIDIA graphics card makes transcription much faster, but it is not required.
Is there a Mac version?
Windows comes first. The core is being built so a Mac version can follow.
What does the name mean?
Heiti (say HAY-tee) is Old Norse for name. That is the whole idea: it knows who is speaking.
